Chemical Peels

This rejuvenating treatment involves the use of a topical exfoliating solution. Applied to the skin, chemical peels remove the dead and damaged outer layers of skin to expose the soft, healthy and radiant skin beneath. Chemical peels come in a variety of strengths and can be individualized for you specific skin care needs.

  • Acne
  • Congested skin
  • Skin discolorations
  • Dull, aging skin

What can I expect during a chemical peel?

After the skin is cleansed, the exfoliation peel solution will be applied to the skin. The reaction of the individual will determine how many layers are applied. After the chemical peel treatment, you will leave dewy and hydrated. Your skin will be glowing.

Do chemical peels hurt?

Some clients feel a slight tingling sensation when the solution is applied.

How long does the treatment take?

A chemical peel takes 30-45 minutes depending on the strength of the peel and how many layers are applied.

What can I expect after a chemical peel?

Most clients do not experience any symptoms after the chemical peel. A post-peel home care pack and instructions are given to each client. A light flaking or peeling of the skin may be noticed 3-5 days post-peel.

How many treatments will I need?

Treatments can be performed every 14 days, depending on the strength of the peel. Chemical peels are most effective when performed as part of a regular maintenance program.
